I hadn’t seen Jemuel in almost 4 weeks! After hula practice, he came to Irvine to spend the weekend with me, which was really sweet of him. Otherwise, I would have had a pretty boring Saturday. We hung out, watched Scrubs reruns, and slept for a little while because I ended up being really sore from practice. -_____- Then we went to Whole Foods to buy some groceries for dinner, which he so kindly paid for. :] I know he’s been working out and making an effort to get back in shape, so I tried to make us something healthy for dinner. Homemade tomato soup, lemon herb salad, and french bread with olive oil. It turned out boooooomb! And Jemmy really liked it, too, which I’m really glad for since tomato soup is his favorite. Afterwards, we watched (500) Days of Summer because Jemuel has never seen it. Weekends like this are what makes me look forward to how things might be in the near future. We didn’t spend the whole day out or go anywhere fancy. Simply lounging around, watching movies, cooking dinner together, laughing at the dumbest things, talking about life, those are what I feel we enjoy doing together most. :]
